Reporting
The ODYSSEY provides you with several different reports to help track and document the results of your dialing efforts. Specifically, you can generate a report on the results of a particular shift, a specific dialing query, the call history of a certain phone number, the call result history of a specific agent, or a fundraising report. There is also a reporting suite that will also be discussed that can further break down the agents and their productivity for both inbound and outbound calling.
All of the reports in the ODYSSEY are campaign specific. That is, a report will compile data from the campaign you are running the report in. For instance, if you are dialing from two different campaigns during a shift, you will need to produce a shift report from each campaign individually to get the full results of that shift's production.
A full description of each type of report in the ODYSSEY follows:
The Shift Report
The Shift Report provides the results of the calls made within a certain campaign during a particular period. The Shift Report provides a bar chart of sales/leads, a pie chart of call results. It also has a tracking of all call results during the shift (as well as each agent's call results individually), and a breakdown of how the time was spent - both cumulative and by agent.
To generate a shift report:
- With the appropriate campaign open and highlighted, select Reports from the main menu. This will open a Reports Menu.

Hourly Productivity
The Hourly Productivity displays the Leads/Sales in a graphic view throughout the day. As we can see in this example, during the 10 O'clock hour, 1 lead was made. Likewise, during the 1 O'clock Hour, 4 leads were made. This graphic view helps you determine when your best times for dialing are and allow you to adjust your staff accordingly.
Agents
- Name: List the name of the agent.
- Leads: Displays the total Leads the Agent has set for the shift report time period.
- Lead/Hr: Calculates the Leads per hour during the report time period (based on Total Hours for that particular Agent).
- Total Calls: Displays the total calls the Agent has taken during the report time period.
- Call/Hr: Calculates the calls per hour during the report time period (based on Total Hours for that particular Agent).
- Presnt: Displays the total Presentations the Agent has made during the report time period. appear on the screen (unless you selected the print option, earlier).
Interpreting a Query Report
The top of the Query report indicates which campaing, query, shifts, start and end date, and time interval for a particular campaign. It should be noted that if you run multiple queries, you will have to run a shift report for each one in order to get the statistical information associated with that campaign. There is not a global report that will draw from all active queries. This is because you can get more detailed information by looking at each query individually.
Productivity
Summary
The summary displays the total Leads/Sales, Penetration, and total calls for this query for the given time period selected.
- Leads/Sales: Displays total leads for report period.
- Presentation: Displays the total presentations for report period.
- Calls: Displays the total calls for the report period.
Leads/Sales
The leads sales is a graphical view of the leads/sales for the query during the time period selected when running the report. The display is broken down in one hour increments.
Dialing Results
The dialing results sections breaks down what the dialer actually dialed during the time period selected by the query report.
