Manual Dialing
The Manual Dial feature allows the agent to enter a phone number to be dialed. Manual Dial is a feature that will not be available if it is not turned on at the supervisor's station.
To place a Manual Dial call:
- Select Manual Dial from the System Paused dialog box. This will open the Manual Dial dialog box.

- Enter the phone number to be dialed. You may enter either a seven-digit number or a ten-digit number. (The campaign's Dialing Parameters will determine any prefixes or suffixes to be added to the number being dialed).

- Select the Dial button. The dialing engine will get an outside line and place the call.

You will get a script on your screen. If the phone number you enter is already in the database, that record will appear in the script. If not, the record will be added to the database.
