CLASSROOM AND ON-SITE END-USER TRAINING
Now that the database is ready, the SAs have been trained and the manuals are ready, the first end-users are trained in the U.S. Infotel Classroom. At this point this system is still a Beta version and may need final adjustments to become the finished product. Normally we would have the two system administrators and U.S. Infotel Corp. personnel lead the 1st User training. System Administrators help individual users and U.S. Infotel Corp. staff backs them up. This is where the System Administrators get their final training in actual problem solving and begin to take over management of the operation. Thereafter all employees go first to System Administrators for help. If the System Administrators cannot handle the question, the System Administrators call U.S. Infotel Corp. for support.
All designated employees are expected to attend scheduled training. The system administrators must train employees who miss training. The package cost includes training up to two original System Administrators. All System Administrators must attend all scheduled training. Training System Administrators who are not available for scheduled training for whatever reason, is billable at our currently quoted hourly billing rate. Adding or changing System Administrators in mid stream can be costly. System Administrators must be fully trained by the end of the User training to qualify for free telephone support after that point.
