AutoVoice AutoDialer Analog & Digital Systems:
AutoVoice is the baseline for the entire U.S. Infotel autodialer /voicecast server series. The AutoVoice series has been under development, testing, legal qualifications, and continuous upgrades over the past three years. NOTE: Call volume depends on telephone company signal messaging speed, length of prompts, and response rates, and is generally 100 calls per line per hour. Most states only permit calling from 9 AM to 9 PM. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to use this product in accordance with the laws in his/her calling area. Contact a U.S. Infotel sales consultant about professionally written and recorded scripts and prompt groups.
HOW TO FIGURE NUMBER OF CALLS
Assume that your message is going to be a 20 second message. You will be able to leave 3-20 second messages per minute (per line) or 180 per hour or 720 in one 4 hour period. Thus a 4 line system will leave 2,880 messages in a four hour period.
PRICING
We only sell NEW EQUIPMENT, using the latest in technology for your Autovoice system. We DO NOT endorse or recommend using your current workstation as a dialer any more than you would use your current workstation as a phone system. Introducing viruses, games, or other programs has the propensity to corrupt your dialer system and database. Since a dialer will easily pay for itself in a brief time, invest in the system and allow it to pay back dividends. Our systems are NOT the cheapest, but the software and hardware is the finest in the industry. (all prices include web based set up and training) ( If you select to supply the computer, deduct from pricing below) Minimum (CPU P4 w/Gb RAM) We do not supply or ship monitors. 1st year support is included in pricing. (Windows OS supplied by customer.)
