Early Warning System (H.E.W.S.)

H.E.W.S. Public Safety Systems

U.S. Infotel offers a Computer Assisted Dispatch System to meet any need. The H.E.W.S. early warning server comes in five different models with options of 2-24 analog phone lines. The H.E.W.S. Plus early warning server offers choices of 12 to 144 digital lines.

H.E.W.S. Computer Assisted Dispatch System: 2 to 24 lines

The H.E.W.S. is the baseline for the entire U.S. Infotel early warning server series. We continually develop, test, and upgrade our H.E.W.S systems. U.S.Infotel is confident that H.E.W.S. version 7.8 is the most advanced, reliable, and affordable device of its type. Call volume depends on telephone company signal messaging speed, length of prompts, and response rates, and is generally 100 calls per line per hour.

The H.E.W.S. series of early warning servers includes the following models:

H.E.W.S. PLUS Computer Assisted Dispatch System: 12 to 144 lines

The H.E.W.S. Plus is built upon the standard H.E.W.S. early warning server platform, but is much more robust. These high port-density (large number of telephone lines) systems are relatively affordable when shipped with standard H.E.W.S. v7.8 features. U.S. Infotel's custom telephony engineers can customize optional extra features for an additional charge.

The H.E.W.S. Plus series of early warning servers includes the following models:
